The habit of keeping a diary allows you to look at your life more consciously. Before, I also somehow noticed events, but I rarely connected them into a sequence and thought about the reasons only if it was really hot.
Now, some kind of observer's interest has appeared. Something so sleepy today, what is the reason? Maybe I slept less? No, my sleep time has not changed much. Maybe the weather is rainy? Or because of the lack of coffee? But by the end of the week I feel more cheerful than at the beginning. This is something new, usually on weekdays you work hard, and on weekends you can relax.
Something else escapes attention. Maybe it is the pressure of unfinished business? By the end of the week, you'll either finish it or you don't care anymore...
Or maybe it's the anticipation of the weekend that makes you so happy? Maybe it's not about the workload and fatigue from it, but just the anticipation of something or liberation from something.
