02. MY REFLECTIONS AND DISCOVERIES.
I thought about the world as a combination of good and evil and their relationship. Vivekananda writes that by increasing one, you simultaneously increase the other. And it becomes a little sad, it’s somehow pointless to try to do something. Unless for the development of yourself. How to lift a barbell to build muscle. It’s probably good for the muscles, but there’s no point in being happy that you lifted or crying that you lowered the barbell.

03. MY YOGA INSPIRATION IN A WEEK.
I noticed interesting sensations while doing hatha yoga in the morning. If I’m not in a hurry, I linger for as long as it’s pleasant, then I get a feeling like something is shimmering inside and small tingling/tickling sensations. These sensations provide some tangible feedback during practice, which is additionally motivating.
