01. MY THREE POSITIVES.
1. I hung a bird feeder outside the window, the cat now has his own TV
2. Most of the apartment renovations have been completed
3. I worked all week on a keyboard without symbols, touch typing and new key combinations

02. MY REFLECTIONS AND DISCOVERIES.

I felt overwhelmed.
Eat, but it doesn’t fit. Watch the series, but I'm tired of them...
I stopped watching the series, went hungry, seemed to feel better, and lost the extra pounds I had gained over the holidays.
But what’s interesting is that all this was preceded by prostration yoga, which I started doing frequently last week and did almost all of this week.
Is there a connection here?
I can’t say that prostration yoga is my favorite, I prefer to do Kriya. But when there is no strength, prostration yoga is easier to do. I did it, forcing it a little and got a little used to it.
Oatmeal doesn’t help me much, but warm tea in large quantities in the morning, on an empty stomach and with prostration yoga, clearly starts the gastrointestinal tract.
There is something to think about, whether prostration yoga can not cleanse, but feel overwhelmed and the need for additional actions to cleanse.

03. MY YOGA INSPIRATION IN A WEEK.
If I hadn’t done yoga, I probably would have been lying there for days, waiting for my body to rest from the previous load. And with yoga, you crawl somehow to the mat, you start little by little and after an hour and a half you’re already in good shape.

04. MY GRATITUDE AND PRAISE.
To all those who help us in life.

05. I WANT TO PRAISE MYSELF.
I remain calm despite the disturbances around me.

06. PERSONAL YOGA PRACTICE IN A WEEK.*
6 days a week, 1-1.5 hours of prostration, Kriya

07. LEARNING DIFFICULTIES.*
The material in the new course is poorly structured
