01. MY THREE POSITIVES.
1. It’s sunny, the crust is sparkling, the trees are coated with snow.
2. Return to work, motivation to move.
3. Things are going well, the flywheel is spinning up.

02. MY REFLECTIONS AND DISCOVERIES.
Force yourself or allow yourself?
I perceived this more as not forcing myself to do a more difficult option, allowing myself to do as my body wanted.
And now I’m faced with the opposite, whether to allow the body to strengthen itself, which can lead to harm, or force the body to do an easier option.
That moment when you can do more and there is no pain or discomfort right away, but then it comes back with a sprain or pain.
The direct connection is lost, and it becomes more difficult to dose the load.

03. MY YOGA INSPIRATION IN A WEEK.
Now this is a yoga mantra.
It seems like nothing special, but they themselves ask to be repeated.
Just as the body asks for practice, the brain (voice?) wants mantras.
I want to continue.

04. MY GRATITUDE AND PRAISE.
To all those who help us in life.

05. I WANT TO PRAISE MYSELF.
Dealt with the necessary and avoided the unnecessary.

06. PERSONAL YOGA PRACTICE IN A WEEK.*
1-1.5 hours Kriya, Hatha, Mantra - yoga

07. LEARNING DIFFICULTIES.*
The side is pulled, the neck is overstrained, during mantrayoga.
