I notice increased susceptibility in myself. Mainly, with a negative sign. Both at the level of the body - tags and seams on clothes, detergents, smells, everything irritates, and at the level of relationships, it seems that they look at me askance, unfriendly, I want to be offended or do something bad in response. Sounds irritate, even my own behavior irritates. It pulls to extremes. It's good that we went through this, it can be perceived as a period of cleansing, probably from pranayama. The main thing is not to break down and not to violate the principles.

It has become almost impossible to watch TV. And so I only watched in English, to study the language or Vedic stories, but now even they have become nauseating. Movies and TV series are full of violence, to get hooked, you have to kill someone or make them suffer. And Vedic series are so drawn out... Maybe it's good, I've long wanted to try to get rid of the idiot box.
