01. MY THREE POSITIVES.

2. Trees and bushes in bloom
3. When you wake up and get enough sleep at the same time
02. MY REFLECTIONS AND DISCOVERIES.
It would seem that we have a choice, we make it every second, we are free to do what we have chosen, etc. But in practice, this is too expensive. You can compare it to a walk. On the one hand, we can focus on each step, how we place our foot, bend our knee, maybe this time the tilt is a little different, etc. On the other hand, imagine that all attention goes to this and there is no more attention left for anything else.
But there are patterns. We once learned to take our first steps, holding on to the wall, then more confidently, then, without thinking at all. We have a pattern - to walk. Now we can use it, almost without wasting our attention on it.
There are many such patterns, many of which are the same for different people. If you are interested, you can read Eric Berne's "Games People Play" and "People Who Play Games".
Patterns are not necessarily something bad, they are a chosen track that is not always easy to change. But even without a pattern it would be very difficult, since you would have to spend your attention on every little thing. If you had an unlimited attention resource, then maybe you wouldn't need patterns.
And here, what is interesting is that you can begin to predict what a person will do in the next moment.
But it is even more interesting when you understand that you yourself think in patterns and can predict your own thoughts. Remember the five stages of acceptance: denial, anger, bargaining, depression, acceptance.
And if you understand how you will think further, then why waste time on all the stages when you can only outline them or immediately jump to the last one...
