02. MY THOUGHTS AND DISCOVERIES.

At the beginning of the week, it’s like being born again, there is no fatigue, Napoleonic plans for the week, it seems that everything is within your power and you will manage to do everything.
And then things that need to be done pile up. Work, housework, etc. And these things have a higher priority than self-development or anything that is related to the long term. The debt is clearly evident, it needs to be repaid.
Somehow, after all the obligatory things, I find time for studying, self-development and something that works for the long term.
By Thursday, I’m already like a squeezed lemon, but on Friday it becomes easier, apparently, the stress from the possibility of not having time subsides. On weekends, reboot and rest.
It seems to me that we are born the same way, make plans in childhood and adolescence, then come responsibilities and, somewhere towards the end of life, you can rejoice that you managed to do something and that there is a promotion in the store, two frying pans for the price of one.
And then reboot...
By the way, a day can also be considered as a turn of such a cycle.
Watching this cycle, you understand that it is not always possible to take and change something (for example, if your family depends on your work), you can’t do it by force, you need smarter approaches.
But you can train every week, find options, an optimal strategy and change something. And then, think about your life (or lives) and use this experience, living weeks on the scale of living lives.
