When should I force myself?
I overdid it with pouring cold water on it and got an acute respiratory infection. I had to take a forced rest from sports and forest walks, and the weather was not favorable.
My health is gradually recovering, but the question is when to start actively returning to sports and physical activity.
On the one hand, I want to fully recover, since I have experience when you can only make things worse, get complications.
On the other hand, the habit of resting creeps into laziness, I am afraid to lose the rhythm and it will be harder to spin the flywheel.
And it feels hard to trust myself and logically it is difficult to deduce where that boundary is.
