02. MY THOUGHTS AND DISCOVERIES.
While running, I noticed an incomprehensible pattern.
During running, if you don’t bring yourself to injury, everything is fine - you run, fatigue gradually comes, but it seems that the body can do more without problems.
After some time, fatigue comes after running, but it almost goes away overnight if you plan to run the next day.
So I can run almost every day or every other day and feel comfortable.
But, I decided to take a break, for a day or two and the body shows accumulated fatigue, that the muscles need a long rest and the joints are loose.
The break passed, I run again, normal feelings again.
But if you take a longer break, say for a week, then in the first days you will feel tired, but then you may feel even more tired and even have joint pain. It seems that the body understands when it can get sick (recover), and when we have other plans.
It turns out that the body needs this long rest, but I do not feel this need until I take a long break. And so, without noticing, you can bring yourself to injury. Or will the body rebuild, grow muscles, stabilize the joints and a long rest will not be needed?
On the other hand, you can fall into laziness from too much rest...
