Maybe it's because of the illness or the weather, but for the last two weeks I haven't had much energy or desire to do anything, I'd rather hide and lie down...
But I've already got into the habit of doing yoga in the morning, before eating. And even in a depressive mood, you go and do it, you don't think about whether it's worth doing it, or whether you have time for it.
And, lo and behold, practice, even if you only outline the movements and don't try to conquer the summit, gradually leads to a normal state, for that moment.
Not always to the state of "as fit as a fiddle", but at least to the state when you want to do more than just lie down, you have a little strength to do something and you can direct it to getting out of the current situation.
And if you regularly push this flywheel, it gradually picks up speed and the speed increases and it becomes easier to maintain the state.

In general, yoga works, for me - every day.
