01. MY THREE POSITIVES.
1. High productivity (but still not enough time)
2. Sharp changes: from hustle and bustle to calm, from noise to silence
3. New entertainment - growing oyster mushrooms

02. MY THOUGHTS AND DISCOVERIES.

It got colder, birds and insects hid in the forest, with rare exceptions. You come in after a noisy road and it's as if you're cut off from the bustle of the city.
And this change allows you to look at the bustle and the silence from the outside.
While I live in a familiar background, you don't notice this background, you don't understand that it may be appropriate or not. But if I turn off the sound, plug my ears, etc., then you understand that something has changed.
It happens to me too, you go on vacation for a couple of weeks, you come back to your usual house and thoughts come to you, but this should be changed, it’s not right here. And while I lived and didn’t notice, my eyes were blurred.
It’s the same with my work, lately, I work hard one time and rest hard the next. Both are like extremes, but limited in time. The main thing is to be able to switch. This is perceived better than working more time, but at half strength.
It seems to me that such extremes can be very useful if they do not cause harm.
