01. MY THREE POSITIVES.
1. Sold old furniture - more space for practice
2. The struggle for efficiency continues, but thoughts are jumping.
3. Growing views on YouTube.
02. MY REFLECTIONS AND DISCOVERIES.
Practicing kriya yoga, I gradually increased the time, now the main black kriya.
At first it was hard, but later it became the norm.
But, recently, there was no time for the black kriya, I did the blue one and it turned out easy and manageable. When you understand that you can do these movements with different efforts, that there is a reserve of strength, that time is short and you can do it more powerfully.
In contrast to the fact that at first I did the black kriya saving strength, so that the resource was enough.
It turns out that you can overcome yourself first, the body adapts, and then do a simpler version and feel the joy of doing it.
Similar to the logic of kriya yoga - going up a step higher, you control the step below.
I wonder if it is possible to get the same effect from smoothly doing a simpler version? Or will the body save resources until there is a more difficult challenge.
