01. MY THREE POSITIVES.
1. Passed exams
2. Mastered the stainless steel frying pan
3. Clean notebook for the new course - anticipation of new notes

02. MY THOUGHTS AND DISCOVERIES.

Exams are passed, free time has appeared and debts remind of themselves from all sides.
Need to pass tests for the exam, many old and new tasks at work, sort out at home, put files in order.
What I used to put off because of more important things and new tasks came to this.
I see two options:
1. Accumulated debts make themselves known. While something else is important, they wait for their time, and then they become significant (or, when a more significant task disappears, you pay attention to a less significant one).
2. Even more ancient debts, maybe karmic ones, which you didn’t know about or forgot about when you spun the flywheel of efficiency, start coming to be resolved. It’s as if the creditors you owe see that you have time and energy and want to write off these debts.
It would be great to know the sum of all karmic debts and how they change, to understand how much is left and whether they are decreasing or whether you are doing something wrong.

03. MY INSPIRATION IN YOGA FOR THE WEEK.
The body asks for practice, which is especially noticeable if there is not enough time for it.

04. MY GRATITUDE AND PRAISE.
To those who support me in difficult times.

05. I WANT TO PRAISE MYSELF.
I put a lot of effort into preparing for the exam and passed it. I can calmly move on to the next topic, without dividing my efforts into preparing the material I have covered and the new material.
