01. MY THREE POSITIVES.

02. MY REFLECTIONS AND DISCOVERIES.

I constantly want to go to the side, to do not what I have to, but what I want. And so it happens by itself, I get distracted for a minute, once, and half a day has flown by. And it seems like I was busy and doing the necessary things, but not what I planned. And what I planned turned out not to be done.
Apparently, the reason is that what was planned does not cause pleasure, is not a self-sustaining process. This happens with many new and complex ones, where you need to strain your brain or forgotten parts of the body, go through a certain threshold.
On the other hand, there is experience that by overcoming yourself, you will achieve and it will be easier, plus you will gain some skill and experience. And with each one I outlined and made more understanding of what you can do, etc.

And there is a kind of flywheel, at first it is hard, but gradually it spins up, becomes easier, stronger, then suddenly you have done a great thing. Rest, time passes, you take on a new task, and the flywheel has already stopped, all over again. And here it would be logical not to let it stop, it is much easier to support the flywheel than to spin it again.
But rest is also necessary. And if you give it too much of a load, you can break it.
How can you find this balance? "Trial and error method?"
