01. MY THREE POSITIVES.
1. Went to the village
2. Lots of raspberries from the bush
3. Air, river, fewer distractions

02. MY THOUGHTS AND DISCOVERIES.

It is not enough to leave offspring, you also need to give them upbringing and education.
It seems that every older generation scolds the new one, saying that it is not the same. In our time, and our ancestors are still heroes, not us.
And there is a desire to create harsher conditions for the child, to grow up stronger, smarter, able to survive a cataclysm. But children have their own plans, especially when there is no motivation and various treats and entertainment are easily accessible. And peers go wild, and you don't want to buy candy...

I remember reading a story where a future parent planned out the child's life, expecting that at a young age the brain works better, he planned to teach science and chess, etc. But the plans were smashed by the child's unwillingness.
You can force, you can ask... It will work until a certain age, but then a period will begin when self-actualization becomes important, during this period there will be a desire to do the opposite, to distance yourself from your parents. And the more you push your opinion, the stronger the rejection will be.
On the other hand, you can consider children as free souls who came into the world through us. Gave birth, fed, gave what you could, but do not limit freedom of choice, the older, the more freedom.
Take away matches from a little one, and only by your own example to a teenager.
Apparently, some balance and an individual approach are needed. But how to find that golden mean...

03. MY INSPIRATION IN YOGA FOR A WEEK.
