01. MY THREE POSITIVES.
1. Swimming in the pool
2. Seasonal delicious treats
3. Study of Hatha Yoga

02. MY REFLECTIONS AND DISCOVERIES.

There are types of workers in karma yoga and there are different structures of the brain, according to ancient origin.

Older structures are responsible for survival, a parallel can be drawn with the worker due to fear.

For someone who works for a reward, it is no longer so much about survival, although perhaps this is a way to stock up for the future. Plus, money can give you status in society or the ability to attract members of the opposite sex.

And the third type of worker, it turns out, operates more with the neocortex, where motivation is not very good, compared to the more ancient parts of the brain.

And how much of this is inherent in us, and how much we are able to influence within the framework of our lives. Is it possible to study all my life, thereby developing the neocortex, or just use the structures that are laid down from birth?

It’s a funny feeling, you’re doing an asana that works with one part of the body and sends it to another part of the body.
