Trembling creature or Brahman?
In a difficult nervous situation, instead of succumbing to panic, I remembered that everything is an illusion, and I am a Brahman and nothing else, and somehow it became easier. In a calmer state, I completed the work.
I remember in childhood I had a similar experience, when it was so morally difficult that I gave up, I thought, well, here I am, just a small speck on the planet. And I perceive my problems as the size of the universe... and it also became easier.
In the first case I raised my ego, and in the second I reduced it?
Or is it a matter of disconnecting unnecessary connections that cause pain and anxiety...
