01. MY THREE POSITIVES.
1. Found a more effective way to study
2. It has become easier to film yourself publicly
3. It snowed all night
the trees are dressed up
I've got my skis ready"
02. MY REFLECTIONS AND DISCOVERIES.
While studying lectures on the work of the brain and suffering from the workload, I remembered and brought back to life the Pomodoro method, slightly modifying:
I do one thing for 20-25 minutes.
10 minutes of physical rest - pull-ups, juggling, hatha yoga asanas
Repeat 4 times, then rest longer.
And somehow everything became more fun, things get done, the mood is good, the body doesn’t get tired.
03. MY YOGA INSPIRATION IN A WEEK.
Practice, practice and again...
