I want to share my experience in the process of studying at International Open Yoga University. The process of studying at the International Open Yoga University is very interesting, unusual, and most importantly leads us to a better understanding of ourselves. As it turns out, I have problems with motivation when it comes to something long-term. As a result, my learning process resembles a moving line, up and down. There were times, when I wanted to take an academic leave, but then somehow I still kept going. There were also times, when I managed absolutely everything and even more. Now I am in my third year of study and for myself I came to a conclusion that I need to set short-term goals and achieve them, as well as allow myself a break from studying.
