02. MY REFLECTIONS AND DISCOVERIES.
This week was filled with new events, emotions, situations and people. New job, exam preparation, assimilation of new topics in training. And the whole week goes with the synchronization of all this, so that there would be a resource for execution. The cloud of the school in the form of a "forum" helps me a lot, because there are innovations for me and the guys, both older and younger, are very supportive when they share their experience. The whole week was both a discovery and a reflection for me, one followed from the other. And the main thing is that you need to trust yourself and the universe, especially when suddenly everything seems to have rolled over and the tension is growing, growing, and I'm like, "stop baby," sit down and calm down, I sit down and inhale, close my eyes, exhale and let it all go. And slowly the tension subsides and the knots unravel and harmony continues to flow on.

New people at work inspire me to take action, I am glad that I am among like-minded people. Children delight with their successes in life, school, kindergarten and this is my result of educational work, it cannot but inspire."

04. MY GRATITUDE AND PRAISE.
Thank you, thank everyone who gets in my way, every day I meet more and more like-minded people. I thank all the guys who study at Hashem MOYU, thank you very much! I thank all the creators of MOYU, I can't put into words how wonderful it is, I think everyone understands it when I write this undress, I'm just overwhelmed with bhava, because sometimes there is not enough support, and here there is a forum, there are friends, there are mentors, curators and all like-minded people, and here they teach me to support and solve problems, not the other way around. I'm good, but not just good, I'm super good. In a week I did everything I really just wanted, dreamed, etc. I launched my projects, got a job. Set up cases.I bought tickets for the exam. I study, work and try to learn everything to the best of my abilities.

Every day Hatha, Kriya, Pranayama and mantra yoga for an hour.
