I have always loved to understand processes from the inside. What is happening and why. Now we are going through anatomy and it is very interesting, because you understand what is happening to you. We went through the nervous system and I immediately began to use this knowledge in life, talking at work with my students, telling them why motivation, self-praise and physical activity are important.

We began to study the muscular system and now, doing yoga, I imagine how each muscle cell moves and I understand that no massage can do this, as we learned in the lesson.
