I thank everyone involved for the grandiose project MYU! A very interesting and eventful study at the International Open Yoga University! This is not only training for an instructor, a yoga teacher and the study of yoga philosophy directly, the theoretical and practical parts, but also the study of anatomy, human physiology, all processes, which in one way or another affect practice, and practice per person, as well as teaching English, psychology, IT, mathematics! I really like to study, but sometimes it is quite difficult. Understanding that learning cannot be simple in principle, it is always work on oneself. I go further! Hooray!!! And now the second year of study is just around the corner!
