01. MY THREE POSITIVES
1. Gorgeous, sunny Spring has come to the city. Lots of sun, fresh air and birdsong.
2. Regular practice bears fruit: I become more flexible, stretched out, my mind calms down, it no longer throws it sharply in different directions. Thoughts are under control and no more suffering and worries appear.
3. Ahead of the seminar on Kundalini Yoga. All in anticipation of a powerful practice and meetings with like-minded people - Satsang !!!
02. MY REFLECTIONS AND DISCOVERIES
We and our Higher Self are so independent that you can meet a lady for a couple of months, texting every hour, and then be silent for a couple of days and nothing will change!!!
