Communication and Pranayama

Communication

Incorrect communication will suck out all your prana. What is "incorrect communication"? If you communicate more than a certain amount of time, then you are wasting prana more than receiving it. Everyone with whom you communicate, enjoys it, you are pouring your energy on them, and that drastically slows down your processes, so you should seriously dispense communication. There is a common mistake: a person practices, accumulates up prana and after goes out to meet with people. This person is up, full with energy and starts reviving everyone around. As a rule, a company is with very low activity, showing poor signs of life. Here comes one full of joy and energy and suddenly these "weak beings" start moving. It turns out, this person spends prana on them. On the early stages, you shouldn't waste it, because there's a process of alteration in your body. To a certain extent, on the early stages of Pranayama, it is necessary to limit communication. Or to spend it wise (primarily on those whom you love, family and friends).

How to dose the communication

Here at once it is necessary to agree that these warnings are especially for those who want a very rapid and strongpractice of Pranayama. In that way of course, it is advised to conduct solitary life as long as you do not progress to a certain level.

As for our communication, it is the continuation of our karma. It shows if we can quickly build around a favorable environment for yoga practice or not.

It works much the same as in business. Practice Pranayama and earn Prana. We invest it in the next circle. From the next circle we receive even more and it grows. If we talk too much, it is like we have just earned and spent it straight away for useless thing. Again, it is necessary to start from very beginning. It is clear that we will not succeed in this business as long as we can create the rhythm for practice. The body will be worn out more than needed. Therefore, communication can be crucial moment.

Of course, there are different scenarios. If you talk too much, you will not achieve anything. If you do not communicate every little thing will try to get you involved in some communication. All the stories that a yogi went somewhere in the cave and achieve something there is nice but poorly relates to our modern life conditions. Usually when a young yogi receives first exciting experience from Pranayama yoga there is a wish to share it with everyone who is ready to listen However, if the average yogi goes into the cave and has some extra Prana, the first feeling, that is faced, is that there is wish to share it. Then manic, messianic idea might come, "I have to do much good for all mankind” begin to come. But it may transform in a way “I am full of energy, and they are mistaken. I'll come and give them a new yoga regardless what they want!" It is all illusion of Prana. As soon as communication has been started this reserve is spent and a person is surprised where all the energy has gone.

Until you are not confident in Pranayama, leave the thoughts to help with direct Prana aside. At the moment you require this Prana for processes taking place inside you. When you will become confident in Pranayama, you will be able to use direct Prana for helping others. It does not mean that you have to do nothing but let this new experience become more stable to ensure that your results are the way you want them to be.

That is why, we have to put money in the bank and spend only the interest. When you earn a good amount, you may spend the interest on charity, if you want. For example, people with obviously wrong intentions came to you. Well, if they have come, let it be. You would never meet them if you did not have karmic debt to them. However, you should give away only the interest but not main capital.

How does this process occur normally, and how can it be boosted with yogic techniques? We will start with the word - "harmony". The word harmony is the key here! In the process of accumulation of Prana, the most important element is the cycle, repeated processes. This mechanism where we receive Prana is also subjected to cycle. As if we have received it by portions, just like waves of the ocean bring a portion after portion. We receive it, according to our self-awareness, and it increases this inflow (or we increase the access to it). There can be small activities that at the end may create enormous result - disproportionately large effect. Like when there would be people crossing a bridge and they would walk in the say rhythm they could create a resonance that can easily bring a bridge to a collapse. For example, some singers can break up glasses with their voice. It seems that the sound intensity is small, but when it is all going in the required rhythm, the effect is disproportionate. In fact this feature is used in Pranayama yoga. If you develop an interaction algorithm, and it is in resonance, it can give you the access to the source of Prana. This Prana gets into resonance and abruptly opens a door for Prana to come. Of course, it is not about the door, but about overcoming maya, illusion. We begin to guess intuitively, where Prana comes from; we begin to bump into our Higher Self. Moreover, if it happens, Pranayama yoga works. If this does not happen, you might breathe five times through the left or right nostril, you might hold your breath at least ten times, and this is not Pranayama yoga. These are just breathing exercises. That is why, this moment of harmony, resonance is the key.

One more example - imagine that you are move a swing. If you do it on time, you can get it higher and higher with a light movement. But if you make a mistake, the swings can break your arms. The same thing occurs with breathing. If we do breathing exercises harmoniously, we can get into a resonance and make serious progress. On the contrary, if we lack harmony, we will be run in serious truble. In ancient texts we find aphorism that says that prana should be tamed just as the wild animal. If an inexperienced yogi starts practicing breathing exercises intensely and then makes something inharmonious, this imbalance will distort the whole body and express in sharply discomfort and indisposition. The practice in itself clears a body that we can feel indisposition and discomfort, and also there is a feeling that we are doing something wrong. Moreover, it is difficult to understand whether it is necessary to abide or to reduce the practice. Therefore, in Pranayama yoga only patient and careful person will make a progress, who knows where to stop. It is essential to realize the harmony of Prana and feel inside that condition of tranquility and uplift which arises and further to strengthen it with a resonance.
