Purification process of Pranayama and returning the debt

Has any of you ever cleaned the sewers? You get there and everything is black, smelly, stretchy. It is the same for purification of internal channels, only on an emotional level. We should get rid of this garbage. Once we do all the channels, begin to pass energy very well and so any extra portion of energy spreads freely. But if you did not catch the harmony and begin to practice pranayama vigorously in a great rush wanting to do all in three days, thinking that the harder is the exercise and the more you practice, the more you succeed, nothing but a headache comes out of it. It goes like this: you pump energy, and this energy begins to inflate you, but instead of having it flowing through the channels redistributed in very pleasant inner feelings, you get a sharp pain. You become catchy, nervous, inadequate. More you fill yourself in, more inadequate you become.

Question is what to do with the emotional pollution? Each of us remembers that there is Higher Self, and this Self is connected with a group of our bodies through the associative links. Prana comes through this connection. Physical exercise, hatha yoga and kriya yoga immediately affect our emotional state. All three bodies are intertwined with mutual relations. Like with a dog, the dog sees the stick by which it was beaten, and stays away from it, and we call it an instinct - a worked out reaction to something. We have lots of such unconscious reactions to our previous experiences, positive or negative. And all these reactions initially served a good purpose: not to get into a similar situation next time. Then everything changes and we change, and there would be no situations like that again. Nevertheless, this fear, this restraint is still there. It can stay in us for a long as garbage and it should be removed. How? You start with the impact on the physical body and emotions get out. You begin to act on emotion and it is reflected in the physical body. The most reasonable thing to do is to work on something that connects them, with prana. So, if you do breathing exercises, eventually you remove these psycho-emotional twists, all of these unconscious connections, associative links. Figuratively, you get rid of so many future problems. That is why sometimes it is called "burning of karma".

There is a concept of so called distribution of karmic debts. There is an algorithm inside you, which waiting for you to get in its trap, a time bomb, and the clock is ticking. Through pranayama, you smoothly take the bomb and throw it away. Where will it be and what will happen to it, whether it explodes or not, is not your problem. As if you got rid of karma. You remember that you cannot get rid of karma, it can either be redeemed or neutralized. What goes around comes around. However, it is not necessary to wait for results. You can pre-empt them: you did something bad, so do something good. Pranayama acts similarly. Practicing pranayama, we return karmic debts. In all senses. If we have an excess of prana, we can share it. Prana is the universal currency. Now there is a dollar, which is used around the world. There are some little-known currencies, which you cannot use in your country. So, prana is a universal energy. If you owe to someone in one currency, you can pay back in another.

Moreover, the best running currency in the world is prana. If you increase the inflow of prana, you can pay this coin to neutralize or redeem negative deeds. That is why, from the perspective of karma yoga, pranayama studies are needed so much.

Let us get back a little. Our whole body is penetrated by energy channels, which are usually contaminated with dirty associative links, physical ones or mixed. Those of you who have ever drank eaten too much food than badly goes together and who then felt very sick the next day, has a very powerful association that this kind of food is disgusting. The physical layer is related to emotional, emotional to a causal. With overeating, it is obvious: you did something and got a negative result. Imagine what an enormous amount of negative things is inherent in you. Sometimes, it is a good thing (e.g. the next time you will not eat that much), but it can be a bad thing, too.

The goal of yoga is to get rid of any restrictions from any constraints that could hurt us, so in this sense pranayama is irreplaceable. Pranayama is going well, when the channels are cleared. By practicing pranayama, you clean these channels. Part of prana has already begun to circulate through the partially opened channels, while the others are still blocked.

If you had no physical strength before then with the inflow of prana it will appear. With the inflow of prana, you will quickly start to grow wiser. If you had weak creativity skills, with the inflow of prana, creative thoughts will blossom. Therefore pranayama is a very serious and very promising science.
