Absolutely helpful. In the fourth year, there is a need for a deeper philosophical thought. The mind already has knowledge, based on which it is possible to reflect on such serious yoga works. One gets the feeling that there is an understanding of what the high yoga teachers spoke about explicitly or covertly. There is trust in the transferred knowledge, in contrast to the knowledge in the first and second year of study. The strength for new practices appeared. There seems to be more time, despite more active employment.

Much has been revealed in the last steps about mantra yoga. Even in the last lesson, I managed to get amazing, very important amendments to personal practices from fellow students and curators, for which I am immensely grateful. It is valuable to keep track of your reactions to something that you do not understand at first, that you do not have time to notice. Listening to the ideas of fellow students about what was said in the aphorisms, you restrain the impulse to impose your opinion. So you gain the experience of patience, you learn to control yourself. And only then do you understand that the wisdom that the world is not unique and that in every person equally great higher selves are not just a given, they work when there is an appropriate attitude towards the person who is speaking at a given moment. Not later, not someday, but now. You respect the opinions of others, accept them as they are, stop judging, because you understand that you do not know their experience. Don't argue with them. You start to think about the essence of what is happening at the moment. Of course, it is more pleasant when from any conversation I can take out something kind and useful that I can apply in my life. Therefore, I come to the conclusion that disputes are useless. But for the opportunity to destroy my personal illusion and look at important moments from the other side, I would like to thank my classmates and curators from the bottom of my heart. Such experiences are reflected in family relationships. Reflects well. Thank you.
