02. MY THOUGHTS AND DISCOVERIES.

We studied pregnancy and the period after childbirth. How differently this experience is perceived by different people.
Some need to strengthen their arms and backs because the baby won't leave their arms, while others feed, put the baby down, and then go to sleep and rest.
Some sleep day and night, between feedings, while others can't get enough sleep because they still have so much to do.
Complaints are more common, and if there was no discomfort, it's less often mentioned as something to be concerned about; the difference is only understood in comparison to the discomfort.
Listening to all these stories, you can guess the person's story and try to understand them. And observe how different experiences have shaped different people: some were crushed by a steamroller, leaving deep scars, while others blossomed from positivity.
And then there's the standard yogic nightmare: after gaining experience, you start to think it's the norm and that it happens to everyone.
But everyone lives in their own bubble of experience.
Search engines have a similar concept: an information bubble. For example, one person was looking for a door lock, another was collecting information on the cost of white stone castles. Afterwards, if they search for "lock/castle"—the same word in Russian—the search engine will return completely different results.
So, it turns out that we create our own universes?
Another frequently cited example: a girl thinks all men are jerks (or a man thinks all girls are bitches (even without personal experience, from parents, friends, or TV shows)) and with this opinion, he attracts jerks, which confirms her opinion. Perhaps goats don't fit into her picture and simply don't register with her.
And some see the world through rose-colored glasses and live their lives oblivious to the dirt and negativity.
It's a vicious cycle of creating and maintaining a bubble.
And we can try to be aware of these bubbles and manage them.
