01. MY THREE POSITIVES.
1. After exhausting work, take a swim in the river.
2. Lots of raspberries.
3. Sleep for 10 hours after agro-fitness – my brain has time to rest.

02. MY THOUGHTS AND DISCOVERIES.

I read a fairy tale as a child, either about an artist or a writer who remembered what he saw and couldn't forget it until he used it in his work.
I think I have this too, in part.

From time to time, a situation arises in life when you realize that a previous experience turned out to be just right for you now.
You did a little somewhere, learned something in another, got burned in a third, and suddenly you find yourself in a situation where all this experience comes into play, and it's as if you've passed some kind of test.
Moreover, you realize this only afterward, and you also evaluate the experience afterwards.

For example, I recently encountered conflict situations where I wanted to respond harshly, prove who was right, punish, etc.

But at the same time, it's as if the universe is throwing up experience: I watched the movie Dogville, and two thoughts struck me:
1. No matter how badly people act, if you were in their shoes, in their situation, going through the same experience, you would probably act the same way.
This counteracts the desire to judge others.
Some time later, I read exactly the same thought in Ramacharaka's "The Path of Attainment of the Indian Yogis." It feels like someone is trying to beat knowledge into you through repetition.
2. The second thought in Dogville: you shouldn't punish people for terrible actions, as in point 1, but you should punish them to teach a lesson, so that people learn to be better, driven by fear of punishment. And here I find an analogy with the Mahabharata – I am obliged to kill my brothers, not out of resentment or anger, but for the sake of the future of Bharata.

It's a typical yogic duality: acting without involvement, but as if involved.

03. MY YOGA INSPIRATION FOR THE WEEK.
In the morning, you crawl onto your mat broken after agro-fitness, and you emerge ready for a new challenge.

04. MY GRATITUDE AND PRAISE.
For your understanding.

05. I WANT TO PRAISE MYSELF.
I use yoga safety techniques in the garden – I protect my back.

06. PERSONAL YOGA PRACTICE FOR THE WEEK.*
Hatha, Kriya, Mantra, Pranayama – every day.

07. DIFFICULTIES IN LEARNING.*
Not enough brains.
