02. MY REFLECTIONS AND DISCOVERIES.
There are certain standards for protein, how much it needs to be consumed so that the body has something to build body tissues from.
The more physical activity, the more for recovery, muscle growth, etc.
Moreover, there is no protein reserve in the body, such as adipose tissue, if you only disassemble something that already exists, such as muscles.
With each visit to this topic, I feel more and more that I'm not eating enough protein and my body is feeling bad about it.
But before that, I wasn't worried about it, and my body was fine or even fine.
I have estimated my nutrition over the past 10 years - I consume 20-40% of the norm (1 g of protein per 1 kg of body weight), the question arises, where does the body get this protein from?
It turns out that the body can exist with protein significantly below the norm, but the question is whether it degrades from such a deficiency.
There is an opinion that these standards are greatly overestimated, usually citing the example of areas of India where they follow a strictly vegan diet (but there are legumes in the diet) and tribes that eat only dates - they belong to the centenarians.
Maybe the body has the ability to adapt to the almost complete absence of protein in the diet?
There are also suggestions that it is possible to feed the microbiota, and it will already produce everything that is missing.
But it's not even funny how much you really need, but the fact that after receiving information about a particular norm, you start to feel different. I thought you were malnourished, and you were feeling worse. You believed that enough is enough, and everything is fine with you.
This is a good example of the fact that it is impossible to take information with impunity.
Another example: one carries heavy bags from the store, believes that it is harmful to him and he is getting worse and worse.
The other one is specially moved with weights to improve health and feel better.
Again a question of will or faith?
It turns out that you can get anything if you convince yourself of it?
