01. MY THREE POSITIVES.
1. It's warm, like summer.
2. I've gotten a lot done.
3. The hot water will be turned on soon.

02. MY REFLECTIONS AND DISCOVERIES.

I've noticed a connection time and time again: the more you can endure, the more life throws at you. Before, I only did one thing. Now, I seem to be able to do things faster, multitask, or switch tasks more efficiently, and the tasks just keep piling up, seemingly endless, and so on.
I barely made it, finished, and overall, it seems good, but not perfect.
And what I didn't do may not be necessary—we use the principle of efficiency. But it's one thing to refuse to read a new interesting book, and quite another to refuse to do something more important, like tidying up or renovating. It comes down to choosing a priority.

Perhaps there's some sense in gaining experience in this. If I can lift a 50kg barbell (a fictitious figure), then lifting 20kg would be completely uninteresting and wouldn't lead to any development. Therefore, it's logical to lift a slightly higher load, say 60kg.
They also say that everyone receives only what they can handle. When crawling through difficult situations, it's helpful to believe in your abilities.

Other challenges are more difficult, when you find yourself in a situation where you can't control but worry about, for example, your loved ones. Then you can only manage your own state—how you react to events. The third principle of yoga applies: if you can't help, you yourself don't suffer. But you might as well avoid turning into a sociopath.

On the other hand, all these situations can be viewed as consequences—karma; we experience what we deserve. In this way, we work through karma, which is also, it seems, a good thing. And so you're running nonstop, trying to stay in place or move forward—the load is greater, the value of overcoming it is less...
The main thing is not to break down.
