01. MY THREE POSITIVES.
1. Kriya yoga again, it's working again.
2. The parts arrived, I'll be assembling a new keyboard.
3. It's warm and snowy, so walking is more pleasant.

02. MY REFLECTIONS AND DISCOVERIES.
At work, we have a daily meeting, called a "daily meeting," where we discuss current work, assign assignments, look for solutions, etc.
But now, on the second day, everyone's on vacation, I'm alone, there are no meetings, and I've become much more productive.
Moreover, one person has to do the work of three, which should be harder, but it turns out easier.
By solving simple problems, you quickly get the "I've planned it, I've done it" effect and a sense of accomplishment. Previously, I would have delegated the task to someone else, but they need to describe it properly, suggest a method, then monitor it, etc., and that takes more resources than doing it yourself.
And then I remember that teaching yoga is a fast method of yoga.
But isn't it just yoga? Any teaching, mentoring, or what?
It's especially difficult when you tell someone one thing, they interpret it differently, and it turns out differently. Technically, everyone is right, but the result isn't what I expected. And the extreme example is an Italian strike. It's not just the transmission of information that's important, but also its reception at the other end.
The analogy of transferring knowledge from one universe to another. Only the Absolute teaches – is this specifically about teaching yoga or teaching anything?
