01. MY THREE POSITIVES.
1. It's snowing, the forest is beautiful, like a fairy tale.
2. Anticipation of the "new year."
3. Friday is my last work day this year.

02. MY THOUGHTS AND DISCOVERIES.
I'm sitting in the sauna, not bothering anyone, my legs crossed in siddhasana. A guy comes in, sees me, and says, "Oh, yoga is great, but tell me, how long do you need to practice yoga to lose belly fat?"
I tried to explain that yoga is a system of self-knowledge. Losing belly fat isn't the goal of yoga, but can be a side effect of the practice. The timeframe depends on the speed of progress and the accumulated experience... Then we smoothly switched to digestion and nutrition. It was interesting to share my knowledge. I immediately started remembering the material I'd covered, including the one about digestion. And the value of what I'd learned increased dramatically.
Against the backdrop of the topic of yoga teaching, which we're currently studying, this was a very interesting experience.
Even as students, we already possess knowledge that can be shared. Many people's knowledge, if it exists, can be erroneous and incomplete. For example, a man believed that honey contains all the fats, proteins, and carbohydrates the body needs. And other things that seemed almost provocative. But when you're confident in your knowledge and honest with yourself, provocations aren't scary—you can explain calmly without falling into condescension. With a scientific approach: this is how they taught at our school; try exploring this option; more details are available on the website...

05. I WANT TO PRAISE MYSELF.

06. PERSONAL YOGA PRACTICE FOR THE WEEK.*
Hatha and Kriya, 6 days a week.

07. DIFFICULTIES IN LEARNING.*
I've gotten used to the idea that you can listen to a lecture and then read it. But in teaching aphorisms, there's only text; there's not enough video or audio recording.
