1. I got over my flu easily, just a couple of days of runny nose and fatigue.
2. My sleep has gotten back to normal, more or less, I get up an hour before the alarm and go to bed earlier.
3. The New Year holidays are coming soon – free time from work.

02. MY REFLECTIONS AND DISCOVERIES.
Have you gotten used to the fact that yoga is full of opposites?
The method of consciousness and the method of energy, the microcosm and the macrocosm – opposing methods, achieving the same result.
And a comparison with Gödel's incompleteness theorem, which states that any axiomatic system is either incomplete or inconsistent. Or, in other words, no system of axioms is complete. This is where logic breaks down. More precisely, the impossibility of logical explanation is logically proven. Am I right?
Then, the limitations of logic are logically (oh my brain) proven.
What's particularly interesting here is that it's not about something we don't know yet, but rather, once we learn it, we'll understand it logically. It's about the fundamental limitations of logic...
