Over the past six months, studying at the yoga university has become a true journey of inner and outer growth for me. Having started preparatory courses back in April 2024 and beginning the first year in October, I came to the training without a clear understanding of where this path would lead, carrying only a heartfelt desire to understand yoga and find teachers who are balanced and free from extremes and mysticism.

The first months were a time of intense deepening of knowledge. Yoga practice ceased to be a mechanical repetition of exercises — it became conscious and purposeful, significantly enhancing the quality of my body and spirit. Studying nutrition and shatkarmas radically expanded my approach to health and maintaining the practice at a high level.

The learning process was not always without difficulties: sometimes it was hard to keep up with the schedule, yet a genuine desire to learn helped me overcome any obstacles. The university’s flexible system allowed me to catch up and correct what I missed without feeling overwhelmed. I found special inspiration from the physiology and hatha yoga instructor, Mila Kasumova, whose approach motivated an active and mindful life.

During this time, my physical and emotional state changed: I became more disciplined, energetic, with a noticeably more optimistic outlook on life, and my relationship with the world grew brighter and friendlier. An important discovery was the power not only of intellectual understanding but also of lived awareness of yoga, which deepened my comprehension and connection with the practice.

Kriya, Mantra, and Hatha yogas have taken a special place in my heart, and my goal for the next six months is to firmly master Yoga of Expansion. I also plan to improve my relationship with nutrition, deepen my shatkarmas practice, and strengthen my overall yoga practice.

This half-year experience has become an important milestone for me not only in professional development but also in profound personal transformation, opening new horizons of inner harmony and strength.
