02. MY THOUGHTS AND DISCOVERIES.
I put a bed in the country opposite the window and it was like I returned to the past, the moon and the sun and birch branches, as it was in my childhood.
You know how it happens, you hear some music or smell or taste and suddenly memories of the distant past come flooding back.
The music to which I first danced with that very one, the taste, as soon as my grandmother cooked, etc.
A certain trigger is triggered and the sensations of the past return, which, it would seem, I had long forgotten, like a key, they open some doors.
It seemed that this associative connection had long since disappeared, forgotten and lost, but as soon as you direct your attention there, it comes back to life.
But it is not enough to just try to remember, you need some kind of push.
Apparently, the old channel has remained, even if prana no longer flows along it.
Moreover, it has become overgrown and fenced off, but if something pushes it, you can return to it.
