For over 2 years now I have been doing yoga, both independently and in group classes. These classes take place in an open yoga school, i.e. among like-minded people - people who practice daily.


And then I had the opportunity to come to class with my first yoga teacher, I love her classes very much, I rest my soul on them. Irina teaches yoga not to future teachers, but to everyone. People in the class often change, there are few permanent practitioners. The atmosphere for the lesson was great as always, but something was wrong with the participants. Everyone seemed to be positive-minded, but people were more withdrawn, tense, focused on some of their problems, in stress. And all this negative, of course, is reflected on the face, they are quite pleasant people, but the tension makes the expression on the face angry and not attractive. And people, unfortunately, do not even notice this ...


A person whose practice has become a habit, this does not happen (with rare exceptions) he is friendly, open, relaxed, his eyes shine. Yoga works great with stress, teaches you to relax, tidies up the body, gives joy and enjoyment of life, and suffering gradually disappears. And for this you just need to invite Yoga into your life and do it once, and not 2-3 times a week, but include practice in the daily routine like washing your face, having breakfast, etc. It will expand your freedom and make you happy - tested for yourself!
