02. MY THOUGHTS AND DISCOVERIES.
Have you noticed that if you go to a hot country in winter and warm up well there, then upon returning it's not so cold?
I recently returned, it seems that it's hot outside, although I'm dressed the same and the temperature is lower than a couple of weeks ago.
I went to the sauna and it seemed unusually hot, almost scalding.
It feels like the body has a reserve of heat on vacation and now it's hot even at a low temperature. As if there is some kind of buffer where it can accumulate.
Or maybe the body has switched from recognizing hypothermia to recognizing overheating?
Or is this purely psychological jokes, if we can migrate from -30 to +30 in a few hours, maybe there is no point in the body sounding the alarm?
Perhaps here rest or overeating is superimposed on everything included, but purely by sensations, as if you can warm up the body for several weeks ahead.
It is much easier to understand that -5 in the fall, after the usual +10, seems colder than the same -5 after -20 in the winter.
This can be explained by the body's adaptation to the cold, although it is not entirely clear in what part it adapted, the nervous system or the fat layer with mitochondria, or is it purely psychological...
