You know how it happens, if you sit on a chair and put your foot on the floor with the toe, closer to the chair, then the foot can start to move spontaneously, raising and lowering the heel. And this movement happens so quickly due to automatism, it is not possible to consciously move your foot like that on purpose.
And recently I was made laugh when I was lying on my back and I noticed that my stomach was moving spontaneously, quickly, effortlessly, without shortness of breath, I would say - harmoniously.
And we are just going through pranayama - it is interesting to observe the movement associated with breathing, how the air is inhaled and exhaled at this moment.
And you can do bhastrika and remember the sensations of laughter and repeat them, apparently a certain built-in breathing pattern is launched, why not use it?
Probably there is more than one such pattern, you can try to connect them, they have already been worked out. The main thing is that they coincide with what we want.
