02. MY REFLECTIONS AND DISCOVERIES.
Recently it was somehow cloudy, foggy, slippery and some, not exactly depressive, but some kind of unhappy state,
and then the sun came out for a couple of hours and immediately somehow became more cheerful.
The last few days there has been more and more sun, it's like spring is starting, the birds are singing, the grass is about to turn green and my mood is clearly improving.
And here the connection between mood and weather clearly becomes visible.
On the one hand, they talked about developing sensitivity, from yoga practices, on the other hand, it turns out to be an addiction, there is sun - you are happy, cloudy weather - depression. And this is already a decrease in freedom.
I haven't noticed this before, either I'm getting older or yoga is affecting me this way.
I wonder if it's from yoga, is it some kind of transitional moment?
It's logical to reduce dependence by bringing in something more significant that can improve your mood, for example, running in any weather, joy from both the process and overcoming. Yoga practice itself also helps, but for me, apparently, it's not enough.
Or somehow reduce sensitivity from the outside (who is a Brahmin, and not something else?), but you can slide into callousness or indifference.
Ideally, turn on or off such sensitivity and dependence somehow individually, and very quickly.
