Reflections on the two-slit experiment.

This is as incredible as throwing a stone into the ocean, and it turns into a wave and flies to the other shore.

But if you throw a stone into the ocean, it will fall into the water, and a wave will appear.
Of course, it is unlikely to reach the other shore, resistance and the influence of other waves will interfere.
But, nevertheless, a hard stone caused a wave in the water.

Next, let's take a stone and throw it at the wall. What will reach us? The sound of the impact, and the sound is a wave.

Let's try to reduce the scale: we will shoot small metal balls into a crack in the wall.

While they fly by unhindered, balls will also reach the target, and more in the center.
Some of the balls will hit the edge of the crack, push their neighbors - there will be a blurry picture at the edges.

Now, let's stretch a string across the crack.
First, the string will start to sound - emitting a sound wave.
Second, the balls will fly off the string and interact with their neighbors.
Third, if the string vibrates, it will repel the incoming balls differently - maybe this will create an interference pattern on the target.

And it seems like the balls haven't turned into a wave, but there is a sound (wave) - vibrations from the blows and the balls reach the target depending on the vibrations of the string - in theory, you can try to change the frequency of the balls and change the picture on the target - the frequency and width of the peaks.
