Almost every week the same thing, work on weekdays, to the Zebra club on Saturday, lie down on Sunday.
And every day is almost the same, wake up, work, eat, study, rest a little, bath, etc.
Repeating approximately the same thing, you understand, over time, that patterns are developed for each action and there are not many options, for example, a bath - take a quick shower, lie down with a book, lie down with a phone.

And sometimes you try to insert something else, like hang a shelf or clean out the archive on the computer, but you can’t find free time for this.
And when everything is so templated, then life does not flow, but jumps, once a day has passed, once the stubble has grown, then it's already Friday, and here's another year gone.
It may not be bad if the day is filled with useful things, like work or study, and it's good that it's a habit, but, periodically, you wonder whether you are managing your life or just living according to a ready-made schedule.
Periodically you stop, try to understand and realize whether life is taking you in the right direction...
