01. MY THREE POSITIVES.
1. Vacation is coming soon
2. I am moving my work place to a separate room so that I am not distracted
3. Successes at work
02. MY THOUGHTS AND DISCOVERIES.
Against the background of the almost finished renovation, I am thinking about how important it is to finish everything.
On the one hand, the principle "planned - done", on the other, "the best is the enemy of the good".
It is good to set achievable goals for yourself, achieve results, and gain confidence.
It is better to finish difficult tasks, but next time be more attentive to new goals. Otherwise, you are "daring" yourself.
An additional question about expediency: when you can do 99% in five minutes, and the remaining 1% takes hours, is it necessary to achieve 100%?
If this is a certain threshold value, without crossing which these 99% are useless, then this is one thing, but if this 1% is not important to anyone except a perfectionist worker?
And the question about efficiency, if you choose what you can do one thing at 100% or five at 99%?
It looks like a desire to quit, not to finish the task, but if you look without emotions, from the outside, in total, what will be more profitable?
If you look from the side of perfectionism (interpreting it as a subjective feeling of incompleteness, which devalues all work), then it is more logical to learn to quit or change the assessment of incompleteness?
No certainty, again a path through extremes))
03. MY INSPIRATION IN YOGA IN A WEEK.
After passing muscle reflexes, you think not about where to force and allow, but how much to strain and how to stretch.

05. I WANT TO PRAISE MYSELF.
