We have an individual dharma, which depends on the principles of yoga and, as a result, on our duty.
At the same time, different representations of oneself are possible, for example: an employee at work or a family member or a yoga teacher.
An employee has one duty, a family member has another, a teacher has a third, they can overlap, both complementing and conflicting with each other.
A simple example, what to spend time on, communicating with family or on yoga or on work?
It seems easier with work if there is a working day, but what if there is none? And for the sake of the family, you can forget about work (for example, the child is sick).
There may not be enough resources for everything, you have to divide, set priorities.
Sacrifice your family for the sake of work? But money is earned at work and for the sake of your family...
Go to yoga every Saturday? It is more difficult to justify it as an attractive long-term prospect for the family, but in the near future it is for your own development.
And then something new appears, where you are drawn, your soul is burning, the creative process, etc., and in one of these areas you want to do it, but you understand that it is to the detriment of other areas.
And even if it leads to the set goals, corresponds to duty, etc., but it will take a lot of time (at least at the initial stage), which will prevent you from pursuing other goals, debts, etc.
And the question arises, is this "want" where it is necessary or entertainment?
Creative itch, is it from a splash of energy, which can go both in the right or in the wrong direction?
Probably, you can only understand by the results, predict, it does not always work out.
