Changing my lifestyle, sharpening my brain, I again encountered brain torture.
Usually this is something small - did you forget to close the door or turn off the iron, etc.
It’s worse when the worst situations are simulated, but what if tomorrow... and what will happen then.
And if you have something with yourself, then fine, but with children, relatives, etc.
But now there is a plus - I understand that these are just mind games, maybe even useful for survival, but not pleasant.
And you can rein in, “Brain, have you gone completely crazy there? I’ll give you some work so you don’t have time to worry.”
There is a certain amount of control and more freedom.
