01. MY THREE POSITIVES.
1. I chose a new pattern of classes, alternating kriya, mantra and yoga prostrations
2. Sunny. In some places the snow is melting. Energy.
3. I force myself to read, I overcome it, I want to return to the abandoned rut.
02. MY REFLECTIONS AND DISCOVERIES.
Can we help someone?
At first glance, of course, especially getting rid of suffering, the third principle, is a worthy goal.
If a man catches fish, he does not suffer from hunger.
But this will not help for long and they say that the only way we can help is in eliminating ignorance.
They taught us how to fish and saved us from hunger for the entire time.
Although, it is unlikely that such elimination was discussed...
But if you take the sum of the suffering of the fish that the fisherman ate, the fish whose food chain was interfered with and the fisherman, has anything changed?
We can say that we have shifted suffering from one to another, but have not changed its quantity.
And no one has canceled the law of conservation.
Perhaps there are undeveloped territories where there is no competition and take as much as you want, but the closer the cohabitation with others, the more such dependencies on each other and someone is forced to pay for any action.
Here you can give up and do nothing so as not to cause harm.
But it can help to take a long-term view, to suffer now so as not to suffer in the future.
But again the law of conservation does not change the quantity, but only redistributes it.

07. LEARNING DIFFICULTIES.*
It’s hard to understand YSP, not even the meaning, but just the text. There are many new incomprehensible terms that are intertwined and new concepts based on them.
