01. MY THREE POSITIVES.
1. I rearranged the desktop, now the light falls on the left, it’s more comfortable to write notes, ergonomics...
2. I mastered, to a first approximation, a nonlinear video editor, which turned out to be no more difficult than a graphic editor.
3. Thai massage

02. MY REFLECTIONS AND DISCOVERIES.
Reflections on Oppenheimer's theme:

The basis of any behavior is a positive intention.
In other words, “evil” is caused not for the sake of “evil”, but for the sake of “good”, but to another/at another time/place/etc. Or, one cannot kill a hundred brothers for the sake of revenge or spare out of pity, but must fulfill one’s duty for the sake of the future of Bharata.

Humans tend to make mistakes.
We make a decision based on the data we have, patterns, character, pressure, mood, etc. Over time, it may turn out that we were wrong.

The question arises: how to evaluate the decision made, by intentions or by consequences?

It is more practical, IMHO, to evaluate by consequences, and accept intentions as the background to the decision.
But the person could have made a mistake, the consequences were different, or, over time, the consequences were reassessed...
Further we complicate it, one consequence leads to another consequence, a second to a third, etc., and the sign of each consequence can change to the opposite.

For example, if Hitler had been killed, would there have been no war and so many deaths? But, we don’t know, maybe, without vaccination against fascism, Hitler 2.0 would have come, but with nuclear weapons in his arsenal?

Such thoughts are confusing, how can you help if you don’t know how it will turn out in the future?
But while you are in a confusing, others can do so many things that it will become bad in the near future.

So we smile and pull the strap of duty)"

03. MY YOGA INSPIRATION IN A WEEK.
Watching the sunrise in Kriya Yoga is a special pleasure.
Some kind of disidentification with time, it seems like it’s just begun, but it’s already dawn...

04. MY GRATITUDE AND PRAISE.
To mentors

05. I WANT TO PRAISE MYSELF.
If I had not started studying the material from the beginning of the week, I would not have had time to see how much has piled up.

06. PERSONAL YOGA PRACTICE IN A WEEK.*

45-1 hour per day. 5 days a week. Personal practice + kriya. Plus 2 full-time EDC.

07. LEARNING DIFFICULTIES.*
