01. MY THREE POSITIVES.
1. Writing notes
2. Walking in the forest
3. Made sweets from nuts and dates
02. MY REFLECTIONS AND DISCOVERIES.
I’m writing notes, there’s a lot of material, my hands are not used to such a load. On the one hand, I want to write everything down, on the other hand, I want to reduce it to the minimum. Is our path, as always, in the middle? You can briefly write down what you already know, using hints. But, how to separate the important from the unimportant in the material? What to write down, and what can be skipped and most likely forgotten?
03. MY YOGA INSPIRATION IN A WEEK.
Structured knowledge, my inner perfectionist approves, my brain is saturated
04. MY GRATITUDE AND PRAISE.
For mentors
05. I WANT TO PRAISE MYSELF.
I feel like an icebreaker breaking through the barriers of not doing...
06. PERSONAL YOGA PRACTICE IN A WEEK.
45-1 hour per day. 5 days a week. Personal practice. Plus 2 full-time EDC.
07. LEARNING DIFFICULTIES.
There's not enough time in the day. My hands are not used to writing so much.
