01. MY THREE POSITIVES.

1. I worked out with a friend in the courtyard of the house in the sun. 2. Karma has completed the work and the synopsis. 3. Vacation and rides are coming soon.

02. MY REFLECTIONS AND DISCOVERIES.

Another week has passed, on the one hand, the days are not noticeable and are rapidly flying by, because every day is filled with cases, questions and decisions, I didn't really notice how my life was going in this turmoil before, it used to be like a fast-forward movie, now I just forget about the time frame, about the days weeks, now I just live, every second I live, like everyone else around. Just as water flows, continuously, the wind blows, fire burns, or just as the earth lives. Just imagine for a minute that everything froze, well, how do they do it in the movies, all the processes got up and silence came, did you imagine? Remember this state and now start everything back, but just leave the state of silence and peace and then you can see the harmony of this world and in the chaos itself. I like to come to various cities, especially large ones, and observe life, sometimes I have a feeling that the absolute itself is watching everything through me, of course it may be fantasy, or maybe not, but yoga teaches us to communicate with the higher without intermediaries, maybe the higher communicates with us, who knows...

03. MY INSPIRATION IN YOGA FOR A WEEK.

This week I was inspired by my classmates and curators, Anastasia Andreichenko probably inspired us all with an interesting lesson, thanks to her. The practice of Hatha, kriya, mantra, Pranayama yoga is very inspiring to take new steps on your path and allows you not to give up and go further.

04. MY GRATITUDE AND PRAISE.

I thank the creators of the courses, I thank Vadim Openyoga, I thank Oleg Atmu, I thank Alexandra Brahmi, Elena Brahman, Anastasia Andreichenko, Mila Ka and all whose names I haven't remembered yet, all the curators of the UPZ, everyone who leads the UPZ, I thank you very much for your work, efforts and experience, I thank my classmates for their excellent homework and notes, it's even easier with you. I thank my ancestors for the opportunity to be myself here and now, for my beautiful children, for the smell, for the fact that I can look with my eyes and feel with all my bodies this world of divinity and peace. Thank you.
