I noticed, that I study better at home. I'm not shy, I don't cling, I do it 100% and sometimes even with great pleasure. I create an environment around me that helps my to immerse in my feelings. It doesn't always work that way in the gym.

I was thinking about where my power comes from. The power of my body. And I came to the conclusion that I have it in my legs. I feel that during most of the exercises, all the energy is concentrated there. That it controls my body and direct it.
But weakness lives in the arms. They get tired quickly and it is impossible to carry body weight on them for a long time.And what about you?
