For me, there has always been separation. A life. Yoga, spiritual practices. Job. But at some point, I realized that work is also life, part of me, part of the process of life) Then I realized that no matter where I am, where I live, this is me. I understood the meaning of the proverb "It is not the place that colors the person, but the person is the place" - you carry all your shortcomings, habits, strengths and weaknesses with you. By and large, nothing changes from a change of place. You remain yourself. Change yourself..... And recently I realized that yoga is not something separate from life. Yoga is life, and on the mat we just learn how to do it, so that in big life it will be automatic. It's like we learn from dolls to raise children, cook food and so on. for me it was a discovery, insight, awareness.
